Amy is an outstanding agent. We’re moving to the Aransas Pass area from out of state and chose Amy based on her online reviews. It was a bit of a mess getting to Texas due to the coronavirus pandemic, but Amy was patient and always available for questions. Once we could make the trip, Amy scheduled home showings efficiently, and her local knowledge was quickly demonstrated and greatly appreciated! We bought a waterfront home knowing nothing about bulkheads, docks and boat lifts. Amy’s knowledge was both helpful and comforting. During the time from offer to closing, she replied instantly, and helped make the whole process quite smooth. In addition to doing what a great agent does, she’s also personable, and a good human. If you need an agent in the Rockport / Aransas Pass area, you won’t be disappointed if you go with Amy.

Amy has been amazing with us from the start. She was available for me even on down time were she should of been relaxing. When asking to look at listings she booked a showing right away for me on the day I wanted! She also was so sweet and caring when discussing the process on buying home. Made me feel comfortable and explained things so I could understand. She also has some secret negotating skills that help us get just the right price for a great home! Thank you so much Amy! You have done above and beyond.

I was purchasing a home from 2000 miles away. Amy was there any time I had issues or problems and got them resolved. My purchase went smoother than I had anticipated thanks to Amy's attention to details and her knowledge of the process.

Amy was available 24/7 she was very helpful in finding a house and she answered all of our questions and concerns. If we ever buy a house again we will be contacting Amy again.

Amy is one of those penultimate professionals who rose above and beyond her duties. From climbing fences and gates (in heels) to checking out a chimney (on the roof) she did everything she could to help us sell our property while we were 250 miles away. She coordinated repairs and services that would have been difficult for us from such a distance. I couldn't have asked for better service. I can highly recommend Amy as a Real Estate Professional.
