Eric did a great job and was highly responsive and very efficient with my cell. He helped me sell my home and purchased at the same time. Eric also provided professional information and guidance when needed throughout this sale. I would highly recommend him to anyone and if I ever decide to sell again, I would definitely go through Eric. Anytime I had a question he had an answer, and if he didn’t have the answer, he would find it quickly. Very fast response in this stressful time. It was also beneficial because Eric was able to sell my house or help facilitate selling my house which was in a completely different area than where I was buying and that’s hard to find in realtors. That was a huge factor for me. Thank you to Eric and the team. During the sale, there are a few issues along the way, and Eric was very responsive to all of my stresses. I would recommend Eric to anyone that is looking to sell or buy. He also referred people to me that was needed throughout the sale, such as inspector, brokers and other professionals that were needed. It was very helpful during this challenging time……………..

Lisa Burns held our hands and walked us through the entire home purchasing process start to finish. Made herself available day or night, weekday/ weekend. We were 1st time home buyers, Lisa was professional although comforting and empathetic to our unique needs/ time constraints. While viewing different properties it felt as if we were her only clients with nothing else more important than finding us a home. Lisa's knowledge and expertise about properties, trees and plants were just what we needed and we never felt overwhelmed or rushed. I could go on and on about our experience with Lisa. Simply put she is great, great at her craft and a great person. We will recommend Lisa always.
