Josh did a great job helping us buy and sell our home. He was knowledgeable and very responsive to all our questions. Everything went smoothly on the buying and selling side, we had zero issues! In a crazy market we ended up selling our house and closing all within a month; getting exactly what we wanted! We would highly recommend Josh if you are looking to buy or sell!

Josh was great at getting us through the "For Sale" process including establishing a reasonable selling price, advertising the property and showing the property to interested buyers. We were in the process of cleaning out the house during "showings" and Josh helped in prioritizing what to take out first to best stage the house. I set a deadline as to when I needed to close on the house, and with Josh's help we met the deadline with a week to spare.
