As both our sellers’ and buyers’ agent, Andrea was amazing throughout the entire process. Because of her, we secured our new home with a contingent offer before listing our own…unheard of in this market! Additionally, because of her our old home had multiple offers over asking price and was under contract within 24 hours. She quite literally worked any time, day or night, to negotiate on our behalf and answer all of the questions we had along the way. In a very chaotic housing market, she navigated both the buying and selling process effortlessly for us and made both transactions absolutely seamless. If there was anything going on behind the scenes, she took care of it 100% without giving us any added stress and ensured that every last detail was squared away. She truly cares for her clients and treats each one like family. We would HIGHLY recommend her for any real estate needs and will not hesitate to use her again in the future!

Andrea was amazing. We couldn't say enough nice things about her. I felt like she was truly a friend. Her knowledge was excellent! She was always available to go to a home right away or talk to us on the phone. She made the process so easy. Will definitely call her again if we decide to sell! Couldn't recommend her enough.
