    Andy did an amazing job helping us buy our house. He listened to what we wanted in a house and used those things to recommend places to look at. He negotiated on our behalf and we got everything we wanted out of the sale. The people he recommends for services like home inspections are also fantastic. I couldn't have hoped for a better house buying experience! Thank you so much!

    Andy is as good as they come. He did an outstanding job as our buyers agent. Lots of experience and knowledge in the industry made a world of difference during the process in buying our home.     Never in recent memory has the real estate market been so tumultuous. Our new home search took two years and five offers to close. Trying to purchase a home from out of State was no easy matter, but Andy worked with us the whole way. He stayed in close contact with us and provided good counsel demonstrating his knowledge of the market. We couldn’t have done it without him. We would highly recommend him as your agent whether buying or selling.

    Andy was amazing from the first phone call with us. We live in Illinois and the house we were selling was in Washington (state), so we needed someone that could be our voice and handle all of the tasks that a homeowner normally has to deal with in person. Andy never let us down. He scheduled cleaners, minor repairs, and staging for us. When it came time to choose the selling price, we asked Andy for his recommendation. His estimate was higher than ours, but we went with his recommendation. I think we made a good choice because we got a FULL-PRICE offer within 24 hours. Andy knows his market and is an expert on the process. He also went above and beyond by calling us every day with an update on what occurred that day. Even if there wasn’t much, he took a few minutes to call, which really was comforting because we knew we had someone that was dedicated to getting the house sold. It was the little things, like that, that really set Andy apart. He is absolutely the best at what he does, and his company is the real-deal!
