I want to start out by saying this agent is very wonderful and helpful with looking for properties. My wife and I are in the process of looking for a residence to purchase or land to build on. She was very helpful and patient with helping us look at properties. We have had worked with agents in the past and was not impressed with the business but Angel really changed our minds. There was a lot of things involving the buying process that was difficult to understand but she was able to help explain and make it more understandable. We have not as of yet, decided where we want to buy but when the time comes, Angel Ferguson will be our agent of choice. Thank you Angel for your kindness and willingness to guide us through our journey.

I want say how much I really appreciated the time Angel took with me. She was very knowledgeable and willing to provide the answers to any of my questions. If she did not know the answer, she would find out and get back with me as soon as she could. She always responded to my phone calls and messages in a prompt manor. She was on time to meet with me and willing to stay as long as I needed to get a good feel for the property. I would recommend her to anyone and if I decide to go further with the property she will be the one I contact. Thank You Angel for a great experience.

I made an appointment with Angel over 2 weeks in advance via email, to show two houses to myself & my friend on 6-19-19. We were coming from out of state & drove over 770 miles. We couldn't get her to respond to email or phone calls & finally spoke to her broker the morning of 6-19 & found out she was too scared to take us out by herself....said she didn't even have my cell phone number, yet she never asked me for it. I don't understand why she couldn't have just told me she couldn't take us to the showings, instead of totally dropping the ball, & letting us drive all that way thinking everything was all set up! If she is too scared to take customers out to look at homes, she is in the wrong business!!! One of the houses went under contract before we got to see it, & she should have let me know about it. I don't like to give people bad reviews, but future clients need to know who they are dealing with, especially if they are coming from out of town.
