Angelica Villanueva is the hardest working real estate agent with whom I have had the pleasure to hire, and I have had other excellent agents in prior dealings in other cities. Angelica's bilingual skills is a big plus for those of you who are considering selling a house in Dodge City. With a large Spanish-speaking population, why not add those folks to the list of potential buyers for your home? I was amazed by the number of times Angelica enthusiastically held open houses, despite the inclement weather at times. Many agents would assume it wasn't worth the effort, but not Angelica! If you are reading this review while trying to decide who to enlist as your agent, do what we did. Interview several agents, including Angelica. Consider what skills and enthusiasm they bring to the table, and make your decision. You'll be pleased after hiring the best real estate agent in Dodge City: Angelica Villanueva.

Angelica is one of a kind! She is honest, knowledgeable, professional and has exceptional customer service. She knows the market well and made sure we were making the best decisions along the way. Angelica and the RE/MAX Villa family are definitely the best in town! Highly recommend them if you are looking to sell or buy a home.

Angelica was helpful and knowledgeable especially when the selling process took some unexpected turns. As a buyers agent she was patient in helping find the right house for our needs.

Angelica is very knowledgeable about the local real estate. She was able to answer all of my questions and find the house I was looking for. I Would rate her a 10 out of 5 if I could!
