Angie did an incredible job selling our home. She put a lot of time and thought into our listing and expertly guided us on the right pricing. She held numerous open houses. She went to our home before showings to ensure that prospective buyers would get the best experience and went back afterwards to ensure all lights were off and nothing was out of place. She was responsive to all communications and made us feel like the sale of our home was the most important thing to her. I highly recommend Angie.

Angie was absolutely wonderful at finding homes that met all of our requirements. She took the time to thoroughly explain a home’s details before we decided to move forward with it. She also ensured that we knew of any potential risks associated with purchasing a particular property. She went above and beyond what was expected to help us find exactly what we needed. She was extremely accommodating regarding scheduling viewings and making herself available on short notice when necessary.

Angie was outstanding in her ability to analyze the market in our area and advise us on pertinent issues such as pricing, listing date, readiness for showings and negotiation. We sold our house the day we listed! This was in a neighborhood that had several homes for sale and averaged at least 2-3 months or more. She was cheerful, knowledgeable, professional, and honest. It was a pleasure working with her.

Angie and her team worked to provide me an updated price for my home in a really timely manner when I was in the process of deciding to relocate. She talked me through the updated price and market, all steps needed to get my home ready to list and show, and was very friendly and knowledgeable the entire time. Angie will continue to serve as my realtor when I sell and buy my next home. Highly recommended!
