Dawn is AWESOME! Dawn was the selling agent when we purchased the home from the previous homeowner. We remembered her when it came time to relocate again. So glad we reached out to her to sell our home. She had a very clear understanding of the housing market in our neighborhood which made us feel more confident in her ability to help us sale our home. Dawn was excellent at returning phone calls, text messages and emails to keep us up-to-date and informed of our relocation process of selling our home. Her ability to negotiate the sale of our home was impeccable. She explained her intent of negotiation to us and included our input before she acted upon it to ensure we agreed with her strategy. She frequently checked on our family to make sure we were doing good throughout our relocation journey after the sale of our home. The photographer she used is wonderful. Wish I could remember her name... Thank you very much, Dawn!

Dawn is THE best!!! A few months ago she helped us sell our home. I have never seen such AMAZING customer service. She responds within minutes, is extremely thorough, incredibly knowledgeable, and beyond helpful. She had our home listed and sold within 3 days. It’s no surprise I went back to Dawn now to buy a home. She was just as GREAT in helping us purchase a home. I cannot say enough in words about Dawn!!! Sheer greatness!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I very rarely write a review as I have very high standards and expectations but I have to make an exception for Dawn Dause. when some review says a person is the ultimate professional I think they are just being kind. in this case its an understatement. Dawn know her profession better than anyone I have ever met. She has sold properties for me, my family and my friends. each and everyone I have talked to about their sale were amazed at how well Dawn does her job in satisfyingly her customers. if you are thinking of buying or selling a home I would not hesitate to call Dawn. You will not be disappointed! By the way, Dawn just sold our last home in 2 days with multiple offers! Trust the best when your ready to buy or sell!!!

Dawn is without a doubt an amazing agent. We worked with her for for well over half a year between selling our house and buying another one. She always knew what to look for and was able to answer all our questions. She was honest with everything. You could not find a better agent if you're looking for a home in the area.

Listed and sold in 5 Days with multiple offers!! Dawn was very easy to work with and guided us through the entire process! She has a lot of media connections to help advertise!
