Amanda was very patient and great to work with! Amanda listened to what we were looking for and didn't pressure us into a decision with anything we were uncertain on. Amanda also did great by listening to our budget and not trying to oversell us on a house. Would work with Amanda again in the future without a doubt!

Amanda was absolutely wonderful to work with! She made the process of selling and buying our house a breeze! Amanda was very responsive to all of our questions and was very knowledgeable of the process. Amanda helped us through closing on both of our sale and purchase and made us feel at ease. Choosing Amanda as our Realtor was the best decision we could have made!

Amanda did an excellent job and was very helpful in the whole process. She made herself available to us whenever we had questions, look at houses or any general issues. She always made us feel at ease when we were making decisions and never pressured us into anything. I really enjoyed this experience from the first call to the signing of our documents she was there every step of the way.

Amanda was fantastic. You can tell she isn't in it for the money, she truly wants the best for her clients. She was always friendly and willing to help from start to closing and beyond. She gave me detailed information about the first steps. Like getting pre-approved. Gave recommendations for brokers but was not pushing for any particular one, just gave information. During the search process she sent me listings as soon as they popped up. If I was interested, most of the time she got a showing same day or the following day. She showed me many homes over a long period of time, but never was frustrated for not putting in offers and wanted me to find the best home. Once I was ready to put in an offer, she gave suggestions and got an accepted offer right away. She worked with me to get the home inspected and the morgage broker and got approved. The closing went uninterrupted and she even tried to get the closing day moved forward. After closing, she didn't stop there. The sellers left many items behind, she got those items removed within a day. She was great for me from start to finish and still willing to help after closing.
