We absolutely loved working with Angie. As first time sellers, we had lots of questions, and Angie was always knowledgeable and responsive. She also helped us negotiate and purchase our new house, and we appreciated how honest she was with us and that she was willing to share her opinion each step of the way. Throughout the process, Angie was always willing to work with us to meet at times that worked for us, even late evenings, and she was always available for a phone call or text. Even with the added challenge of the pandemic, Angie made sure to keep things moving along smoothly and always kept us updated. We love Angie and would recommend her to anyone buying a home in the area!

Angie was incredibly helpful throughout the home buying process. She was knowledgable about the area, quick to respond, and very friendly. She was able to answer any questions I had about the process, assist with dealing with the mortgage company, and negotiated well with the selling realtor. I highly recommend working with Angie if you need a realtor in the area!

We worked with Angie Spears at Kerr Team to find our home. Angie was very responsive to our requests and kept our goals and budget in mind. I would highly recommend her if your looking to purchase a home.

We were relocating to the OKC area from out of state and had bad luck with two other realtors and stumbled across Angie Spears through a listing on the internet. I called her about the house on the computer and she acted promptly. The house I called about was gone and long story short Angie became our realtor. We placed our trust in her to find us a house. She was a good listener and delivered on her word. It took us a little while but she came up with the perfect house for us and we are now living in it and love it. We were not able to come and view the house or be at the closing so the house was a surprise somewhat when we moved here since our health kept us from making the trip here twice. We would recommend Angie to anyone that is looking to sell or buy a home. It was a pleasure working with someone that puts your interests first and is a woman of her word and can get the job done swiftly and efficiently. It was a true pleasure. Angie helped us to list and sell 5 homes that were inherited after a tragic accident. All 5 homes listed and sold within a 7 month period. Angie took care of all of the details allowing the family to deal with our loss and process through our grief and take care of the rest of the estate. We can't thank her enough for getting the job done and getting us a fair price on all 5 properties.
