I highly recommend her! She promised to sell my house in less than two weeks, despite some investors saying it couldn't be done due to the location. She sold it in just three days after listing it. She was very understanding, explained everything clearly, and always told me exactly what I needed to hear. I will definitely go to her for my third home, if God permits.

Matt was an outstanding realtor and an even better human being. He is genuine and relaxed while still being extremely professional. I bought and sold in late 2024 and the market was a little rough at that time. We had a bunch of back and forth with other parties and Matt was a trooper through it all and kept me updated every step of the way. After the seemingly endless drama that we went through with other people, the 2-week closing that Matt pulled off was nothing short of a miracle. He was patient and had a positive attitude and still was able to negotiate a great deal. He helped me through every step of the way and I couldn't have done this without him. I truly appreciate all the hard work he did for me and I'm so glad to have met him. Thank you Matt!

Sada was outstanding! I originally I worked with her years back. But I have also worked with other realtors in the past, some knowledgeable, some not as knowledgeable. Other realtors are sometimes patient and some are not as patient. However, I think Sada is above the average realtor. Sada is not only knowledgeable and patient, but she is also fun to work with. I have such a good time when I met her to go house hunting. She helped my mother in 2020 sell her house and my mother will never forget her experience. Not to mention, I appreciate her taking good care of my mother who was older and dependent on the advice of a reliable and ethical realtor. So, I too, am working with Sada again as me and my daughter look to purchase a new home in 2025 as my daughter will be getting married. If you choose to work with Sada, you will LOVE it. Her patience is unbeatable. It takes time to make a decision on such a large investment and I appreciate her patience and understanding. In my experience other realtors do not compare. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Sada in 2025. Thanks a million on your dedication to serving your clients with integrity. Yes, job well done.
