Annabel is such an incredibly talented broker in the Hudson Valley real estate market. She is super smart, understands the ins and outs of the local markets and is an expert in pricing and positioning her listings. She works with the best photographers and has an incredible eye herself. She has carved an impressive niche in the upstate NY real estate market, and consistently has the most unique, stylish and aspirational listings. She's an absolute dream to work with and a very savvy negotiator. Anyone would be lucky to have Annabel on their team, either on the buy or sell side. She's also adorable and a blast to work with during what could otherwise be a stressful time in people's lives. 10/10 recommend!

I cannot recommend Annabel enough! She quickly got a sense of exactly what we were looking for and made sure that we got to see everything that could have fit our needs. She is incredibly responsive and very diligent with contacting the appropriate professionals needed to get us any information we requested. Working with Annabel has been a completely seamless experience, and anyone looking to buy or sell a home would be lucky to work with her!

Working with Annabel was wonderful - she helped us navigate through some challenging situations (like an out-structure on the property with a failing foundation and a septic tank that was mysteriously not where the survey said it would be) and made buying a house from a distance as painless as it could be. She was also a huge champion for us in the negotiations and helped us learn so much at every step of the home buying process. We definitely recommend Annabel to anyone looking for a house in the Hudson Valley/Catskill region.

Annabel was incredible to work with! She understood right away what we were looking for, and gave very considered and educated advice which we really appreciated as first time home buyers. She was incredibly responsive and ended up finding us our dream home! Highly highly recommend!

My wife, Annie, and I worked with Annabel on our recent home purchase. Though both my wife and I frequent Zillow and other online listing sites, Annabel was able to find us a home that "checked all of the boxes" that had yet to show up on the MLS. Because of her proactive approach, we were able to get our offer accepted before most others even knew the house was on the market. She was there when we had questions throughout the process, and was professional and personable every step of the way.
