Joe was simply fantastic in every way. He was responsive, knowledgeable, accessible, well-connected and very tuned into our interests and needs. In addition, and perhaps most importantly, he had a solid grasp of the negotiating landscape in our discussions with the seller and helped tremendously in reaching favorable terms for us. We have worked with realtors and agents in other states numerous times. Joe sets a standard all should aspire to.

Joe was a 5 star realtor both in the buying and selling of homes for myself and my partner. In the summer of 2021 we started working with Joe to find our dream home. In Jan. of 2023 he found it. Throughout the agonizing process of looking at houses for 1 1/2 yrs. Joe showed the patience of a saint. His expertise also won us the bid on our much sought after dream home. Unfortunately, a year later we had to sell that dream house and this is when Joe really shone: beginning with how to not lose money on a house bought for top dollar only a year early. He did it. He knew where to advertise the house; set up many videos/brochures showing the highlights of the house inside and out; and had a three day event once it was on the market. The three days included a wine and cheese event for realtors; two open houses that he was there for to meet folks but more importantly to get a sense of what was being said about the house and potential offers. We got an offer beyond our wildest dreams with terms that worked with what we needed. Joe has a saying : “When You Call . . . I’ll Answer.” That means anytime any day—unless of course he is with a client. Pure professional and joy to work with. There is none better.
