Anne was a pleasure to work with during my purchase of a home in Pelham, NH. The market was very hot and she helped make an otherwise stressful process much less so through being exceptionally proactive and responsive. She kept me apprised of every step in the process, helped negotiate with the seller, dealt directly with my lender, the appraiser and inspector when needed, and supported me by ensuring I knew what needed to be done by what date. She also went above and beyond by helping with referrals to local service providers and was always patient and gracious in getting answers to my many questions. I recommend Anne highly whether you are selling or buying a home.

Anne made our first time home buying experience very easy and guided us every step of the way. From the very start, she made sure to understand exactly what we were looking for, and she was able to find us a perfect home that wasn't even listed on the market. Her experience and knowledge of the area was very apparent. She was easy to reach, quick to respond, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. We had a very pleasant experience with Anne in our house search journey! And under her help we finally found our dream house. Anne is very knowledgable, patient, and quick to response. She understood our needs very well. She is ver well connected to the local community in Windham and provides great help to help us settling down in the new community. She is also a proud mom with two great kids both attending best universities. We have learnt quite a lot from her on kids education. I would recommend Anne without any reservation to anyone who is trying to buy a house!

Anne has good knowledge of the Windham area and details of active listings. She got the house listed quickly. The photographer did an excellent job. Anne helped us stage the house to increase its appeal. She did a series of open houses and the house was under contract in a few weeks. We then hit some bumpiness in the process with COVID etc. and the buyer ended by not going through with the contract. There was much back and forth, uncertainty and stress in those weeks. But Anne helped us work through all of that, got us legal advice on the contract. More importantly, she went after finding new buyers aggressively and had multiple new offers for us to consider within 10 days of the old contract getting cancelled. Thing went smoothly from there and we were able to do the closing remotely without needing to be there. We had a great start and finish and were able to successfully work through the rough spots in between.
