Arlyss is an INCREDIBLE realtor. In this market, she was able to help us find the perfect home in our budget and in a highly competitive neighborhood. Throughout the whole process, she was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. We absolutely could not have gone through the home buying process without her. I wouldn't recommend anyone else. If you're looking for a realtor, you'd be lucky to have her.

Katrina did an outstanding job helping us navigate the market and find our first home! As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and concerns and Katrina was always available to extend her expertise. She made the process extremely easy and stress free. Katrina went above and beyond, she even came to the town offices to check out the property file with me. I cannot recommend Katrina enough. Arlyss did an amazing job! Was trying to buy while stuck in a different state, shebwent to everyyyyy property we had an interest in, and sent incredibly in depth videos of the pros and cons of each property and all of the legal questions we had. Was extremely knowledgeable and patient with our manyyyyy questions and our time zone differences. Would recommend her to everyone I know who is looking to buy property in New Hampshire!!

It was great working with Paula. She has great knowledge of the market and provided us all the information needed to list the house and help with the set up and every open house and showings. She has great negotiation skills, very empathetic and was there for us to answer any questions and give us suggestions and support us. All the way from listing the house to closing, Paula was very supportive. Great person to work with.
