Anne-Marie was outstanding. She had a lot of knowledge on what to do to get our house ready to sell. She helped us every step of the way as it was our first sale. Annmarie was professional, understanding and patient as we were house hunting during pandemic period to find our dream house. She understood exactly what we are looking for and gave us great advice about red flags. She guided us every step in the whole process in buying the house. She was very responsive every time we needed. She knows the area very well and I highly recommend her to work with her because she is a very trusted person, hard work and she will find the perfect place that fit your needs. In the last 4 years, I have completed 2 real estate purchases with the guidance of Annmarie Del Franco. In both instances she exceeded my expectations by miles! She is personable, patient, professional and always had my best interest at heart. As a 24-year-old “newbie”, Annmarie guided me through the entire process and was quick to point out “issues” for my awareness. She was equally helpful in my recent 4/2024 purchase. AnnMarie will definitely be a part of my next real estate venture.

Annmarie was excellent! I'm very happy that I chose her to guide me through the home searching and buying process. The market has been incredibly competitive and I really needed someone who was very familiar with the local comparable properties to make a competitive offer. Annmarie is incredibly patient, she made the process fun, kept me focused, and has plenty of experience to compose offers to edge out the competition. I ended up buying my favorite house of all that I'd seen. Thank you Annmarie. I will miss talking with you on a regular basis.

Annmarie was my landlord for 3 years; when it was time to move on, she represented me when I bought my new place in October 2023. She guided me through the process, and, in this competitive market, got the job done! (With minimum stress, I may add!) In addition, she went above and beyond the cause - even after I was settled in my new home, she contacted me when mail arrived at my former address, as USPS didn't start my mail forwarding process when it was supposed to. At the end of the day, I can not say enough good things about Annmarie Del Franco!
