    We met Kim at a neighbor's open house 3 years before we decided to put our house on the market. No pressure from Kim to move more quickly than we were ready for, and reliably ready to answer our many questions throughout the process! With her knowledge of real estate and commitment to us as clients, Kim provided us with exceptional service, and we are grateful for her help.

    Wow. I cannot recommend Kim enough! I met Kim when screening random agents I sourced online to sell my second home after some family tragedies necessitated the sale. She went above and beyond, exceeding all of my expectations. Shortly after we listed the place I injured my leg and was basically unable to move/go to the house and tend to the myriad of issues that cropped up during the inspection. The septic system needed to get cleaned, she had a guy and arranged it! Ceiling fans didn’t work, she handled it! Mold in the basement (the horror!) not to worry, she had a mold guy, and made all the arrangements! Whenever my cynicism got close to derailing the deal, Kim just swooped in and handled matters like it was no thing, diffusing the situation and making it harder for me to act out/back out. In all my prior real estate transactions I always resented the high commission agents earned compared to my efforts, and this time I truly thought the commission didn’t cover her efforts. If you’re looking for a listing agent, look no further, Kim is a gem and a workhorse who will get the job done!

    Kim’s local market knowledge based on a solid sales record greatly influenced Sellers in selecting her as their realtor and Kim’s development of a very successful competitive marketing strategy. Kim is an excellent communicator who kept Sellers informed on the progress of the marketing strategy implementation. But as important as the strategy, network contacts Kim provided were extremely important. These include but not limited too; local temporary storage, the trades’ recommendations and exceptional professional photographer was a crowning touch that topped off the marketing strategy. The “Open House” happened in September on a rainy day but Kim said it was a good turnout with five offers received. The house sold at the Sellers pace and at a price significantly higher than their initial expectations. The realtor's strategic approach and hard work were key factors in achieving this successful outcome. Summary Kim exceeded Sellers’ expectations of the home selling process. Her exceptional communication, market knowledge, marketing efforts, negotiation skills, professionalism, and dedication to client satisfaction made them stand out as a top performer. Sellers would highly recommend her services to anyone looking to sell a property.

    My husband and I have hired Kim Kendall as my realtor 3 times now. Each experience was a 5. This one was definitely more than a 5. Since this was a long distance move and I could not be in CT for all of the many TO DOs, Kim went out of her way to help me out. Not only is she knowledgeable about the real estate industry, she is extremely helpful when it came to the mortgage process and the laws involved in the closing process.

    Kim Kendall is a fantastic realtor. Whether it’s selling, buying or renting her knowledge is superior. The second you are done speaking with her she is already getting your process rolling. Her communication skills allow her to get out in front of issues and get your place top dollar. Her negotiation skills make it easier to come up with a favorable price. Her market knowledge allows her to set a solid base of where the deal should be. She is very thorough with the preparation of your sale by pointing out things that can help move the unit faster. And if there are things that need attention, she has the network to get someone in there immediately. She keeps in touch multiple times weekly to supply new information. During this process you will basically just sit back and let her do her thing. I would highly recommend using her. We have used her multiple times.
