Audrey helped us buy our first house and we couldn't be happier! We started looking for a house at a particularly crazy time in the real estate market, and to make things more complicated, we were shopping from 500 miles away. Audrey's experience and expertise made everything so easy and actually quite fun. Audrey demonstrated exemplary knowledge of the market, negotiating the sales contract and how to read the listing agent/seller. She was gracious enough to show us houses via FaceTime, as we were shopping from afar, and the weekends we were able to see houses in person, she expertly scheduled showings to make the most of our limited time in town. From start to finish, Audrey gave us her undivided attention and responded to our texts, calls and emails very quickly. Throughout the process, we felt as though we were working with a long-time friend who truly cared most about us finding the perfect home. And not only did Audrey help us find a home we are very proud to own, but negotiated a deal we could have only dreamed of. We would gladly refer anyone looking for a Real Estate Agent to Audrey, and in fact, already have! When we're ready for a new home, there is no question that Audrey will be our first and only call.

I don't even know where to start! Audrey is a dream to work with, both on the selling and the buying end of any transaction. Her attention to detail and communication is beyond amazing! She helped my son, as first time home buyer, get into a home with his first offer written. And when we needed to sell our home, she came in, gave us some advise on staging, supplied items that were needed, listed our home, and within 4 days we sold our home with 24 offers ALL OVER ASKING!! If you are looking for trustworthy and honest person to help you embark on the purchase or selling of a home, I can not recommend Audrey enough!

Buying a home in 2020 was a real roller-coaster ride. We couldn't have done it without our amazing realtor! I highly recommend working with Audrey as your real estate agent. She is thorough, calm, patient, intuitive, understanding, energetic, persistent, knowledgeable, and most of all, honest & kind. She always had my family's best interests in mind and always went above and beyond. Communication was always easy. Audrey is a delight to work with and we are thrilled to be in our new home!

Audrey was not just incredibly pleasant and lovely to work with, she was fantastically competent and knowledgeable re the entire home search and buying process. My family and I are so thankful we were lucky enough to work with Audrey, she helped make our dreams come true! There are so many ups and downs during this process you need an excellent realtor to help you navigate it and Audrey was just that.

Audrey was incredible in securing our first home. She took care of all the finer points that would be difficult to navigate, even for two attorneys like us. We had fallen in love with our house, but the seller's agent was very difficult to work with- we're so grateful that Audrey was able to handle her delicately to make our transaction work. So grateful, in fact, that I've referred her to both of my parents to help them find their perfect home! I would highly recommend Audrey to anyone looking to buy or sell a house- you're in great hands.
