We launched our search for a new home in Sacramento as a newly retired couple from a far less competitive market on the East Coast. Our goal was to downsize to a safe neighborhood close to our grandchildren. We were enthusiastically referred to Justin Vierra through a relative he'd represented as a buyer's agent a few years ago. We are delighted with the outcome: an attractive, affordable condo in a quiet neighborhood close to our grandkids. We found Justin to be smart, strategic, and responsive to our priorities, demonstrating excellent human interaction skills among the many players in real estate transactions. His demeanor is calm and friendly but professional, and his attitude was always positive. Justin also helped us obtain a "concierge" range of assistance including movers, cleaning service, property insurance, inspection and minor repairs. All were skilled and personable and offered reasonable rates. Signatures for volumes of paperwork were accomplished electronically, with Justin and his staff always available to answer questions or give a heads up on what to expect. If you are seeking a seasoned agent and a very decent human being to represent you in Sacramento's residential real estate market, do yourself a favor and consider Justin Vierra.

Justin came highly recommended to us when looking for a home in Sacramento while living in Southern California. He made the process easy. There was never a question he could not answer in depth about the real estate buying process and homes in Sacramento. He was always easy to contact and was happy to spend time on the phone with me and show us around when we came to town. I felt completely safe in his hands. Also, he's just a good person... which means a lot when you are trusting someone to help you with a huge financial endeavor.

My utmost appreciation to Justin Vierra and his entire team of professionals! While in the process of relocating to another state, and a new job, Justin made the process of selling my house extremely straightforward. Through online documentation and email, I was able to sell my house for a fantastic negotiated price. I'm amazed he was able to get the house on the market within two days after departure and offers nearly immediately upon listing. The entire process was just a little over a month and wasn't stressful. Justin and his team kept me informed during the entire process and I can't think how the process could have gone any smoother.

Our family had been searching for a home for three months, with 12 offers all rejected under other realtors. The home buying market was extremely competitive and we were struggling trying to figure out if we’d ever find a seller even willing to consider accepting an offer using a VA loan. A friend recommended Justin to us since Justin was able to help her buy a home using her VA benefits too. Justin was extremely knowledgeable and had good suggestions for us to try honing in on homes we had the best chances with, that still also fit what we were looking for. We appreciated his honesty, and that it didn’t come with any pushiness. He was super patient with all the viewings we wanted to do, and all the things we were hoping to find in a home, even in a highly competitive market where it’s hard to be picky (yet we still were). When we finally found the home we wanted to make an offer on he did a ton of legwork speaking with the seller’s agent and getting a feel for what would make the most enticing offer, without us having to go absolutely crazy with it on our end. Justin moved quickly and built rapport with the seller’s agent that worked heavily in our favor. The property received numerous offers, but Justin got ours accepted!! Only 21 days later we closed, which was unbelievably fast (including VA inspections, repairs, my never ending anxiety induced questions, HOA transferring, everything). We couldn’t be happier. The only thing we would change is that we should have worked with Justin from the very start. We would highly recommend Justin to any friends and family in the future!

I've completed sales with three separate realtors in the last 7 years and Erin was by far the best. There is no comparison. Erin is incredibly responsive and works really hard to learn about what works for you and your interests. I would recommend her to anyone that needs a dedicated hardworking professional. Erin stuck with me through a difficult market and had a great attitude the whole time.
