Austin was a breath of fresh air. After a bad experience with a previous realtor, we had our reservations, but Austin very quickly put those to rest. He was very professional for the duration of our purchase. He always listened to our input and made sure to consider that when providing any updates or feedback on the properties we looked at. He was very responsive and available, which was key to us. He really knew the local market and even gave us good insight about what was to come on the market in the near future. After we had decided on a house, it was easy to tell he was on our side in making sure we got the best deal possible and we felt he always went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable with the choices we made. Highly recommend Austin to anyone in the area.

Austin is a great realtor he goes above and beyond the Call of Duty to make sure that his clients understand everything about the transaction he is constantly in contact with the client And always returns a phone call or text message as soon as he can Austin has sold a couple of houses for me his listing for photography skills are phenomenal. I would highly recommend Austin to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a house

I would highly recommend Austin. He gave great recommendations for us to do in order to help sell our house and had viewings set up hours after we listed it. We received a contract on our home within 24 hours. He was extremely knowledgeable when we viewed homes to purchase giving us examples of what we could do and what to look for. He was always easy to contact and continuously kept us in the loop of what was going on throughout the process. Our street was unfortunately under construction during the process and he went above and beyond contacting the city to see what the status was, how long it was going to last and if specials were going to be affected. He seemed to always be one step ahead. He also recommended a great broker and we had great luck with getting our home loan done quickly. Overall our experience was great and went rather fast and smooth. We would definitely go through Austin again.

He helped me sell my house and buy another house. Great agent will do anything he can to help you. Really goes above and beyond what a realtor needs to do
