Barb is a great agent. Very knowledgeable of the area, carted us around everywhere until we found exactly what we wanted. She is a strong negotiator getting you the best deal. As a listing agent, great communication and kept the process moving fast. Highly recommend and will use her again if the need arises!

Bought and sold with Barb. Knows area and market very well and has contacts everywhere :) Went well above and beyond for us. Handled a rental agreement with buyer and assisted with land survey and subdivision of property.

Barb was very professional and knowledgable. I was already living out of state when I put the house on the market. When some plumbing issues arose, Barb hooked me up with the proper technicians, and she made sure everything that needed to be done was taken care of. I felt so much better, knowing she was there to oversee everything. My house sold much quicker than I expected, and I really think Barb was one of the reasons why.

My home was the first I had ever bought , like most people my experience as a new home buyer could've went one of two ways. #1 wonderful and stress free or #2 terrible horrible experience. Barb, made it #1 wonderful and as stress free as one can be with buying a home. Barb walked me through the whole process not once but several times . She reassured me , guided me and ultimately with much patience on her part , found my perfect home. She was patient with me as I drug her from house to house , location to location . She never was irratated or aggravated with me. She helped narrow my search and with the details I provided that I needed in a home and location helped me find the perfect home for me. If I ever decide to move and need a realtor she will be on my speed dial and he only realtor I will ever use.
