Colby was shockingly efficient at finding properties, ruthless in his negotiating, and the best pick for your new house. We used Colby as our buying and selling realtor. He talked the sellers down $10k and was able to find us a buyer for our condo in under 2 days. We looked at five properties and were able to sign on a deal the same day. Colby is the best in the business. In market that is an absolute nightmare to buy in Colby will have your back 100% of the way.
