If we could, we would give 100 stars here--5 stars are not even close to describing how amazing Barbara and her team are. Barbara helped us from start to finish and spent countless hours helping us to find our home. No detail was too small. Not only did she guide our search, but she was involved in every detail of the buying process, including solving logistical problems relating to the closing, dealing with whimsical sellers, connecting us with/ liaising with local contractors and services on our behalf, and a list that goes on and on. Barbara always had our interests in mind and was thoughtful, kind, and careful through the whole process. We truly cannot thank her enough and if we are ever to buy/sell another home would ask for her help without pause. Her expertise is unparalleled and especially critical for people who don’t live locally.

Barbara and her team did an amazing job working with us on the sale of our home in Edwards. They were very knowledgeable of the area and thorough in their research and gave excellent recommendations to price the property to sell quickly at a strong price. They were easy to work with and helpful throughout every stage of the listing and closing process.

Barbara was great to work with. As this was a vacation home in a different state, we were an absentee buyer. In addition to what you would expect from a realtor, Barbara and her team really helped with all the little things that you need with a new home. They introduced us to contractors and helped oversee jobs. They helped with utility hook-ups. They connected us with the HOA. Her team stayed on top of everything and made the whole process easy.

I need 10 stars or more to describe Barbara Gardner and her amazing team. It is not hyperbole to say it was the best experience we have ever had in a real estate transaction in the last 40 years. As sellers, she coached us from the beginning on staging, correct pricing, and timing which were key for us going to contract within 36 days of listing. Her marketing strategy yielded many showings, but the team made it the least intrusive on our lives. We were overseas when the house went under contract for much of the contract period, but Barbara's assistant Kirstin Szot oversaw the inspection and resolutions on the ground there while keeping us well informed. This enabled us to make timely decisions, thereby facilitating the sale on time. Bottom line is not only did Barbara sell the house, but she and her team provided support all the way to the closing table and beyond. No hyperbole to say she is the best.
