We were nervous about selling our home during the pandemic, but Barbara made it easy! She helped us know what we needed to do before the home went on the market. The professional photographer she hired did amazing work and made our home look so beautiful we (almost) didn't want to sell! Throughout the entire process, she made it clear that she represented us. With special marketing, she sold our home's story. Our home was on the market for a total of 14 days, and we received our full asking price. What else could we ask for? In the age of 2020, this home sale was at least ONE thing that had a happy ending. Was very impressed with Barbara when she visited my home to decide whether I wanted her to list my property. She was knowledgeable, excited, efficient and very well prepared for the meeting. I knew instantly I wanted her as my realtor . She had good recommendations for improvements on the property. We made them, listed the house on a Friday morning, had a contract by Monday. Closed within 3 weeks. Very pleased especially since the pandemic started shortly after closure. Couldn’t have been happier with her service.

I’m one of those people who rarely hires anyone to do anything for me. I do nearly everything for myself. I’ve bought, repaired, rebuilt, renovated, and flipped cars, RV’s, boats, houses and condos and in these situations I’ve done nearly every single thing myself. I’ve built yachts for Sea Ray Boats and websites for NASA. STILL I engaged the Barbara Zorn Team to handle the complicated cash only sale of my personal residence. Why? Because she’s been handling real estate transactions since I graduated from high school 30 years ago which means experience levels that are difficult to describe: and that means dozens, maybe hundreds, of contacts with the kinds of people I needed to wrap this up quickly. I called Barbara because I wanted a fast, safe, trouble free, cash transaction on the most important financial holding of my life. She produced an interested party within days, contracts within a week or two, and a tight clean closing in about 6 weeks once details were agreed upon. Though I am extremely self-reliant and hate calling anyone for help with the smallest to biggest issues in my life, this time, I am completely glad I did. Thank God I did not pursue the “for sale by owner” path. Once I called Barbara my stress went out the window, and trust me real estate transactions are stressful. I listed my home with Barbara Zorn. It only took 3 days to sale my property. While l was waiting to close,a problem arose with the title. It seemed there was a lien on the property. The problem was how the title company recorded the lien. It was supposed to be on another property l owned. So Barb went to work,turns out we could not contact the women who had the lien. So Barbara did some detective work which took a lot of time. There's no other agent that has ever did this much work that wasn't in their job description! Barbara saved the day for us!!! I highly recommend Barbara! She will have any listings of mine from now on!

Barbara helped us every step of the way. She kept us informed of everything that was happening. She was able to get our house sold very quickly and offering advice along the way. If I need a realtor again, I will definitely use Barbara Zorn again.
