Mr. Hulsey negotiated an excellent result for a property I listed for sale that involved multiple offers from potential buyers who required extensive inspections and repeated access to the property during the negotiations. Mr. Hulsey was always available to both the buyer's agents and to me through the listing, the offers, and bringing the deal to closing. He is knowledgeable, professional, and was able to negotiate a deal that satisfied all parties. I will definitely do business with him in the future.
