We sold our home with Becky in March, 2024. She (and Felix) provided the most satisfying professional services and care my wife and I have ever received--from anyone. From day one she was on-point and ready. We invited her to come meet us and review the property. After walking the house, she presented a thorough, informative market review, with zero pressure to sign anything. She also freely provided great staging advice that later proved to be right on the money. A month and a half later, when we were ready to go, she returned. We reviewed the current state of the market, set the asking price and signed the papers. Her photographer came and took awesome pictures the next day. The listing summary she prepared perfectly set the spotlight on the property. Her focus was on getting people to want to come see the house for themselves. It worked beautifully. The property went on the market on a Friday. By Monday, after only 4 days, we had over 30 showings, 13 offers, and signed the best one that evening. All this while the market was "slow" due to high interest rates. Throughout our time together, Becky was on top of every detail, always in a very friendly, caring way. She provided truly expert advice, always humbly given. She was ethical and transparent from start to finish. She was also a superb negotiator for us, with the final agreement coming in at more than 10% over our asking price. In the end, we can't imagine how anything could have gone any better. How often do you get to say that about something as complicated a real estate transaction? Thanks Becky and Felix! You were truly superb.

Becky did an outstanding job helping me buy my first home 10 years ago. She and Felix just supported me all the way through the selling process with absolutely not one wrinkle! House sold in a little over a week with multiple offers! And for 10K over the asking price! I just feel incredibly lucky to have these two dynamic people in my corner. They kept me posted throughout the entire process, gave clear, concise communication and I never had to wait for more than a half hour for an answer. Becky has always gone above and beyond for me even taking on a major financial institution on a contract problem buying my first home....and won! The thing is, the sale was already completed. She didnt have to do any of it! But she jumped in and helped me win the day. What a wonderful example of service! Felix came over when I was having a repair issue prior to the sale of my current house and fixed it himself! Handy. I really like that! I just can't say enough good things about this team. You won't go wrong with them on your side!

Becky is extremely deserving of all the accolades she has received as a realtor. I work with over 45 realtors in my line of work and I can assure you, she is among the very best. Becky readily makes herself available to her clients, stays on top of the latest market trends, and is extremely knowledgeable in each phase of a real estate transaction. She tactfully guided us in putting an offer on a house in a highly desirable neighborhood where we were the ONLY offer that was contingent. We were blown away that our offer was received. Then, after inspections, Becky skillfully negotiated a credit for us at closing that played a very integral part in enabling us to close the deal. Even when the deal was finished and all the paperwork was signed, Becky continued to stay in regular contact with us to ensure that the move-in process to our new home was smooth and stress-free. She spent countless hours behind the scenes making sure everything came together and we are extremely grateful. Becky is an exceptional realtor who receives our highest recommendation.

We cannot say enough praise for Becky! She was so wonderful to work with, and went above and beyond as we bought our first home. Our home journey was not without its challenges, and Becky was incredibly composed, patient, and thoughtful through the whole process. We were so impressed with her communication and expertise, and we felt well supported with her on our team. In every step of our process we could see how her experience and thoroughness allowed us to eventually buy our dream first home! We were able to meet with Felix on several occasions, and he was equally lovely to work with. We could not recommend more!
