Again, as in my previous comment, Ms. De La Rosa is an incredibly effective real estate agent. I am so pleased to have reached her when I did as she was able to move, not only my property, but my younger sister’s within three months. I only wish I could’ve used her to move my property in Louisiana before selling it to move to Tennessee in June 2021!

Bertha was so kind and helpful during the entire process. She made us feel like family as soon as we met her. She made the whole process of purchasing our very first home easier with all her knowledge and experience. We highly recommend Bertha De la Rosa she is very knowledgeable and trustworthy.

What can I say?!? Bertha has came thru for us once again! Not only was she able to assist in the sell of our home but now we are the proud owners of our Dream Home. If I'm being completely honest, we wouldn't have been able to do this without Bertha De La Rosa. This home was well out of our league, at least to our knowledge, but Bertha had an Ace up her sleeve. We went from let's just look at the home to say we at least tried, to let's put in an offer, to OMG! they have accepted our offer. Thank you Bertha De La Rosa!!! You are amazing, the best! There is no one else that would have been able to pull this off. We are sure glad to have you in our lives. Highly recommended! Thank you again :)

Bertha was extremely helpful during the purchase of our home. We were out of state coming from NC and Bertha performed video walk throughs and honest feedback to questions asked. She was positive and patient with us throughout the whole experience
