My wife and I had terrific experience with Beth. She was knowledgeable, extremely diligent, and an excellent advocate for our interests. She consistently prioritized our objectives over any potential commissions. Having bought and sold a number of properties in the past, we would be hard-pressed to find another agent with as much integrity as Beth. She also has a wonderful "let’s solve any problems" approach. Overall Excellence. Beth was an absolute joy to work with, both on the buy side and sell side. Beth’s industry knowledge and connections, coupled with her dedication, tenacity, grit, accessibility, responsiveness, and drive, help separate her from the sea of other agents. She lives, breathes, and eats real estate, and executes and delivers. In short, Beth gets it done, even when inevitable, unexpected, or unforeseen roadblocks are put in front of her. It was always a relief knowing that our realtor was taking care of issues or items for us. We never had to wonder or worry if she was doing what needed to get done in order to move the deal closer to the close, which freed us up to focus on other tasks.

Beth went above and beyond as a broker in every way (We purchased a home in Weston). She genuinely cared about me and negotiated repair credits that was far above my expectations. Prior to moving to the area, she was kind enough to pick up an item I purchased on Craigslist and stored it in her garage until I moved. Not only that, when she went to pick up the night stand, she negotiated the price down further. Even though we closed a few months ago, we are still in touch with Beth. She is still providing me with advise for transitioning to suburban living.

Beth went above and beyond in listing and selling our home! Not only was the print marketing and photography stunning, but she also took the time to personally stage our home beautifully! We could not have sold our home without her! She took the time to be there for every showing and was extremely communicative and responsive. We were thrilled to get an offer so quickly in a slow market! She’s professional, always has a positive attitude, considerate and patient!
