Beth is a terrific real estate agent. She is knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and always on your team. She goes the extra mile for you and truly cares about finding the right home for you, not just making a sale. She was very patient with us as it took us over 6 months to find the right home. When we finally did, she was there every step of the way. We highly recommend Beth!

Beth was amazing to work with. Of the 4 houses we have bought and sold over the years, she was by far the best agent to work with. This property had been a rental for many years and was in bad shape. My wife and I were living in Alaska and Beth took such good care of us, getting the house ready to sell and was so detailed in every step of the way. She put so much time and effort with the remodel and was able to get us to the price we were happy with....actually it was higher than we had expected. She truly has a passion and talent for her job. We highly recommend her to take care of your home buying and selling needs!

Beth is extremely hard-working and professional. She helped us both sell our house and buy our dream home in the country. Over the course of many months of house-hunting, she was patient (three times at my insistence taking us back to see one old country house that didn't fit our criteria and which we didn't buy)! I'm certain she's had easier clients! When we finally did find the right combination of distance to work, acreage, city/county taxes, and away from busy roads to ensure safety for our grandchildren and beloved dogs, Beth helped us navigate a tense multiple-offer situation to win the contract. Meanwhile, she steered us to a list of contractors to help us get our house ready for sale. We heeded her advice on repairs, staging and pricing to indeed get top dollar on our house; under contract for almost asking price in less than a week on the market! Beth did a great job for us. I'm sure she'll work hard for you to sell your home, and/or find your new dream home.

A true professional and very personable. Beth made us feel very welcomed when we first met her in early May. The initial few days we were with her, she was very helpful and responsive. She kept on top of all the listings and paid attention to our wishes and knew what we were looking for. Knew what type of home we were looking for and provided honest feedback and genuine concern. The same professional attitude was shown when we returned again during Memorial weekend. Again, she was on point and helped us secure our dream home. She made it happen and we are very pleased with all of her efforts. Super person to work with and she knows the business. Glad she was on our team. 110% effort on her part in helping us secure our retirement home.

I fell in love with the house I just bought and had to scramble to get my ducks in a row! I wasn't even looking to buy so I asked a friend who had worked with Beth and they highly recommended her. I called and she was very friendly, professional, responsive, and willing to help me in a short time frame. Within a few days, she had helped us look at the house and put in the offer. Then she walked me through the process of closing in 30 days! She has lots of experience and was very helpful in stepping me through the entire process, which was completely new to me.
