Betsy and Tom are a great team! They made the selling process so easy and helped us understand what was happening every step of the way. Our house was only on the market for 5 days before we were under contract for well over asking price. Betsy is a professional and experienced real estate agent. She has a thorough knowledge of her job, communicates effectively and is a pleasure to work with. Her professionalism, knowledge, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. She is detail oriented and always makes sure to keep you informed. You can rest assured that every detail is being attended to. We had a few issues with our property, but with Betsy’s help, they were handled and our closing was able to happen on time.. Betsy was committed to making sure we were well taken care of. We can’t express how grateful we are for everything that both, Betsy and Tom, did to make the process seamless. My husband and I had a fantastic experience working with Betsy to purchase our first home, and we can’t recommend her highly enough! Betsy was always professional, kind, and never added any pressure at all to look at homes or submit bids for the ones we saw. She was extremely easy to get in touch with and was incredibly responsive, answering our questions or getting information for us extremely quickly. Betsy was also enormously helpful when walking through homes. Being first time home buyers, there was a lot that we didn’t know about the logistics of looking after a home - and sometimes you don’t know what you don’t know (how often to repaint cedar siding, or the implications of possible asbestos tiles, for example). Betsy is very knowledgeable, and provided helpful information that allowed us to truly understand what it would be like to live in and maintain each of the homes we saw. She was also fantastic in helping us visualize each home’s potential, and giving ideas for possible future upgrades. When we had an offer on a home accepted but decided to back out after the inspection, Betsy provided support and encouragement the entire time and never for a moment made us feel bad for changing our minds. When we found the right house, Betsy helped us submit a strategic offer that resulted in an acceptance. We would highly recommend Betsy to anyone looking to purchase a home! You can not go wrong by choosing her.

Betsy was amazing to work with both buying our new home and selling our old house. She was dedicated and available at any time we needed, even if for a small question. We navigated through some difficult circumstances and even with the set backs she was right there to guide us. She is not just any realtor. She really cares about each person and their individual needs. This was by far the best experience I’ve had with any real estate transaction. If you want not just a realtor but a friend then look no further!!!

Betsy did a wonderful job of helping me navigate the housing market and, luckily, finding and closing in under two months. As a first-time homebuyer, I appreciated her knowledge of the areas I was considering and her prompt responses, especially when I identified a property I was interested in.
