Bev is a very caring and capable realtor and was able to find us our new home, which was not easy, as we had very specific criteria. The transaction was further complicated as it was an estate sale. She was able to navigate a difficult situation remaining both unflappable and unstoppable. In addition to finding us our wonderful home, she recommended highly competent tradespeople and professionals that have been very helpful. Beverly takes the time to get to know you and it really helps give peace of mind. She really made it an easy process and found a lender who also gave the feeling of aloha. It was a great experience for us buying our first home and we would recommend her services to friends and family.
