Erin Palmer guided us through the process of home buying in Silver City. She made the process so much easier. She gave us clear and timely advice on what to expect at each stage of the process, gave many quality referrals to tradesmen in town, and has an encyclopedic knowledge of the properties in the area. She's very organized and responsive. Plus, Erin has a delightful personality! I absolutely recommend her services to prospective homebuyers in the Silver City area.

I've bought & sold a number of homes over the years & worked with a number of good realtors. None of them hold a candle to Erin Palmer. She's organized, disciplined, perceptive & an excellent communicator. She quickly learned what my likes & dislikes were, and every property she showed me (and there were many!) had something she knew would appeal to me. I expect efficiency & productivity from the professionals I work with, and she more than met my expectations. Erin's knowledge of the local market and community was invaluable to me as an out of town buyer. Her service in finding me a home & getting through the purchase process was excellent. Her service during the closing process was excellent as well. She was with me every step of the way, from inspection to appraisal to close, and always maintained timely communications. She earned my trust. I'll give Erin the best & highest compliment I can: I met her as a hired professional and I now consider her a friend.

Erin Palmer was great to work with! Erin always answered our questions and helped us understand everything throughout the process of buying our home and was fabulous on the communication between the sellers and us. Stacie did a great job in helping me sell my house after my mother passed away. I live out of state and she kept me informed and involved in the process the whole way. I would give her 10 stars if I could. I would definitely recommend this agent.
