Michael was " a God Sent " to me. Just the way things worked out and the genuine effort he put into assisting me made me not only see but also feel that he was for sure on my side and advocating for me and in my very best interest. I am a first time home buyer and Michael literally picked out my home for me based on what he came to know that i was looking for and the fact that i live outside the state where i actually purchased my first home. Michael was my eyes and ears and i must say that he went above and beyond. We constantly communicated and he gave me " on point " evaluations and assessments at every step of the process as he also guided me as to what to expect at each step of the process. I could not have prayed for or asked for better than Michael on my team and being in my corner working for me.

We can’t say enough good things about our experience with Michael as our realtor. He was phenomenal throughout the entire process of buying our home. From the very beginning, Michael was incredibly responsive and pleasant to work with. One of the standout moments was when he helped us identify potential issues with several properties we were interested in, which was invaluable. He didn’t just show us houses; he truly cared about finding the right fit for us. Michael encouraged us to think outside the box, leading us to consider new construction homes—something we hadn’t originally wanted. Thanks to his insights, we found the perfect house that met all our needs, including a lovely piece of property without an HOA! He attended the initial inspection with us and was always readily available to answer our questions, making the whole process much less stressful. He also recommended a fantastic home inspector who was efficient, helping us stay on track for our closing date. Even after the sale, Michael followed up to ensure we were settling in well. Alexlee was a real pleasure to work with. I told her what I was looking for in a house and she showed me several that I liked. I was never rushed or pushed into making a decision and I was finally able to settle on the house that was perfect for me.
