Brenda and company were great. They helped sale a log home with almost 22 acres in only a couple of months. Good experience. Easy to communicate with and they kept on touch often.

Brenda had the experience and know how to sell our parents home in a timely manner. She explained the process and gave us all the details and suggestions of selling a home. Brenda was so great to work with! She really cared about helping us and went above and beyond to make sure we knew everything throughout the home buying process and that we were completely satisfied with the home! We couldn't have picked a better realtor!

Brenda was overall positive, professional, and patient in helping us sell our home in what could have been viewed as a difficult market. Her knowledge of all types of loans helped us, specifically, navigate the USDA loan our buyer was using. Her knowledge of floodplain and flood insurance issues was helpful as well. Excellent communication throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend her to family and friends!
