I gave Allison some parameters on what I was looking for and she nailed it! When looking for homes in the past, other realtors showed me homes that were close to the mark, but usually not what I was looking for. They would also take me to homes that were beyond my price limit. I did not have that kind of experience with Allison! Allison found multiple homes that were perfect . . . I just had to choose which I liked best. I decided to go with a new construction home and it is perfect. Thank you for your hard work! She was also quick to respond to all my questions. She will be my go to realtor if I ever decide to purchase a property again!

Brian is the G.O.A.T in real estate. He is smart, amicable, tenacious, competent, enthusiastic, honest, professional and a great all around person. We have been using Brian as our realtor for both buying and selling for years. If he wasn't the best in his field, we wouldn't continue to use him. You will never go wrong if you choose Brian as your realtor. He will work hard and won't stop until he finds what you want/need.

Allison did an amazing job helping us find our forever home. She is upfront, honest, and a genuine good person all around. Brian did an outstanding job from start to finish. He went way out of his way for us. Running from place to place just to make sure it was all good for us. You can trust this man’s word. He made everything super simple and explained anything I had a question about. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking into buying selling or even renting and I’ll definitely be mentioning his name to anyone that I know is interested in the market.
