Brian was great, even worked on his day off which we felt terrible about but I guess that’s part of the job. The house we wanted we needed to jump on and he was able to get it for us through his responsiveness, attentiveness and knowledge. He also helped us sell (which we did in 1.5 days!). Would highly suggest Brian if moving around the area.

Brian went on the hunt for my first home with me for quite some time. He was always around to help answer questions and walk me through the process from start to finish. He sent many options, including great insight on each property, and his knowledge and experience helped save me from some questionable properties during the beginning of our search, and eventually helped me to narrow down on a house that hit all the marks. His guidance during contract negotiations, inspections, and a lender search, all rounded out a smooth and assuring experience. Happy to be in a really great first house and very grateful for Brian's help throughout the last few months! 10/10

We highly recommend Brian Gibson, and couldn’t be happier with our experience selling our house. He’s a one-stop shop, extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and coupled with the lowest commission around, should be everyone’s first choice to sell in the Reno/Tahoe area. With an uneven market and only having been in the house for a few years, it was extremely stressful to have to sell for a work move out of state. Within 2 days of reaching out to Brian, he came out to our house, went over everything and took pictures, and our listing was active on Zillow. Brian listened to all of our concerns and expectations, was honest and upfront about what we could do, didn’t give us pie-in-the sky numbers like several other realtors, and allowed us to tailor the listing and process exactly how we wanted (changed out photos, updated disclosures w/ repairs, etc.). During the closing process we knew he was in our corner, he went above and beyond to protect us when things came up after we were under contract, and helped us navigate an FHA offer with extra hurdles. If we buy or sell in the Reno/Tahoe area again, our first and only call would be to Brian Gibson.

Brian was instrumental in helping us sell our home. He was knowledgeable, communicative, and resourceful. As first-time sellers, he guided us in an honest and patient manner to ensure we understood the whole process from start to finish. We could not recommend Brian enough!

I've known Brian for a long time and he was the first person I thought of when we wanted to start the house buying process. He is very friendly and accommodating. We had very specific needs that we were looking for and he took the time to find the perfect house for us to call home. He is very knowledgeable about the dynamics of the local market, and we were comfortable with his opinions and recommendations. Together with our lender, Brian worked very hard to get us all that we wanted. My wife and I were extremely happy with the home-buying process, and he helped ease the stresses that come along with it. I highly recommend Brian to anyone looking for a realtor.
