Before we moved to Reno area we had consulted with a couple high well known realtors. Once we moved here I asked around as we felt rushed by the others. We were HIGHLY recommended to Karen Degney from a very trusted person that is a Northern Nevada native. We worked with Karen for a little over a year being very choosy of what we wanted as first time home buyers. She always made the time, either same day or the next day if the same day viewing wasn't available. Once we found what we wanted she worked so hard and constantly communicated between our mortgage lender and the buyers agent. She made everything so simple for us. I can not recommend Karen enough. We were very fortunate to be recommended to her and I hope whoever is reading this for reviews will chose her as well. You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely wonderful. I've already recommended to several other people. Karen was always available and when life started to get crazy and we have our baby 2 weeks before closing she worked hard to accommodate us. Getting the walkthrough scheduled. Even helping us test the tub and get a mobile notary. She was on top of everything and we are so grateful that she was with us.

Maxine was extremely helpful in helping us buy our first home. We happened to find the listing on Zillow and contacted her to set up a viewing the next day. She was with us for every step of the way guiding us through the process. Maxine has a great attitude and is very fun to work with. We love our new home and we owe it all to her!
