Couldn’t gone better. We shopped for our first home in one of the toughest housing markets ever; and yet Brian was by our side the whole time and never giving up. We spent three month looking and got our dream home. Brian went above and beyond our expectations Brian is someone you can put 100% of your trust into when looking at homes; whether it’s the right one for you or not. If we ever sell and look for a home again. We will, without a doubt go back to Brian. He is truly a “wizard” with getting the perfect home.

A year ago Brian helped one of our neighbors sell their condo. It went up for sale and was under contract in a week. I contacted the neighbor to congratulate them and heard nothing but high praise for Brian. I kept his name and number knowing I would want this young man when it came time to sell my condo. We made the decision to sell and move to another state. I thought it might be impossible to sell the condo and have it close within a month, but Brian did it. He had the condo staged, photos taken, and listed on the MLS within a week…we weren’t even there! He is extremely quick to answer any questions or concerns we had, regardless of the time of day. I truly cannot say enough good things about him. He was amazing and we are very grateful.

Brian did it all. The sale was a long distance sale and Brian kept us informed of every step in the process which was completed in less than 30 days. The price he felt the home would sell for was exactly what he proposed. He knows the market and is professional and personable in all aspects of dealing with the sale. Anyone interested in selling their home should contact Brian first and you will not need to search for anyone else.
