We had mixed emotions about selling our first home but Dan exceeded our expectations in every way imaginable! Dan was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. He was accommodating, and we didn’t have to reach out to him for updates he always reached out to us! He was able to negotiate things on our behalf when it mattered most! He went above and beyond making our first home selling experience hassle free but yet memorable! Whenever it’s time to buy a new home we will definitely use Dan again! Thanks again Dan for 5 star service!!

Working with Dan and his whole team was absolutely amazing! From when Dan originally reached out to me, all the way until the day of closing, the communication with me was always clear, understandable, and perfectly timed. I was able to understand their process and how I as the homeowner was a part of the process. I never had to guess what the next step was, why the things I did to get my home ready mattered to the process, and most importantly, I knew Dan and his team were doing everything they could to make sure my house sold in the timeline and for the price I needed! If you’re looking for a partner in selling your home, rather than a “broker” who treats you as a number and just another house to sell, work with Dan and his team!

Matt was very professional and a pleasure to work with. This was my first experience selling a house, even though I am in my sixties. Matt was on top of the process from the beginning and helped with things like getting a contractor to do some things around the house before the listing. Matt's contractor was very fair and knew where my dollars were best spent. Matt developed a plan for selling the house and things pretty much went the way he had drawn it up. Matt is knowledgeable, fair, and a good communicator; but tough when necessary at the bargaining table.

Matt was an amazing Realator. My husband and I couldn't be happier with our home buying experience. Matt is very reliable and punctual. He always showed up to showings with a bright smile. Matt showed us tons of homes and never got discouraged and always told us to go with our gut when putting in offers. Seth helped me find a great home closer to family. He was able to negotiate several concessions from the seller including a costly Sewer repair all fixed at the seller’s expense durning an intense seller’s market . Seth was also able to assist in selling my former home for above asking in an “as-is” sale. I highly recommend Seth for his great communication, knowledge, and ability to get things done.
