Working with Brian was an absolute pleasure! We were buying a home from out of state and unable to be present at showings; however, that was not a problem at all. Brian was flexible with his schedule and quick to go see available houses, and would pre-walk the property to be fully prepared during a virtual walk-through to talk us through everything he noticed while also being attentive to questions we had as well. Using a combination of virtual video calls, pictures, and recorded videos, we felt like we were 100% equipped with all information we needed to make decisions for each property we viewed. Brian has a keen eye for design and quality, and provided several useful insights during all of our showings to help us see each property in new and different ways that were helpful for making decisions. Brian was an advocate for us during the bidding and negotiation process, and ultimately walked us all the way to final walk through and closing. I highly recommend Brian as a realtor with extensive industry experience, expertise in home design and quality, and a highly personalized and professional realtor service!

Brian was such a pleasure to work with when purchasing our vacation home! He has a mastery of the business and made our experience feel seamless from home search to closing. From my initial phone contact with Brian, he seemed knowledgeable and not willing to let us buy just any home but the right home for our needs. He was incredibly responsive with communications we sent him (often in minutes) and presented us new listings as soon as available. He had great input on the price and condition on local properties. He also provided recommendations to us for local lenders, contractors and highlights of the area as we were buying from out of town. Our search took a few turns as we were deciding on what worked best for us but Brian patiently entertained our ideas. Ultimately, we feel he guided us to the perfect vacation home for us and saved us tens of thousands of dollars with his pricing and negotiation skills. We will be reaching out to Brian for any future real estate needs in the area!

Brian is awesome!!! He was super responsive and knowledgeable. I will definitely use him again and would refer him to my closest friends. He helped me through the entire process. He continues to be helpful even after the closing.

Brian was recently my realtor when I purchased my new home and he was fantastic to work with! I appreciated his flexibility, responsiveness, and advise. I never felt pressured, but rather had confidence that my satisfaction was Brian’s first priority. In the end I was able to close on a great home and do it within my tight timeline.

He’s very knowledgeable and detailed especially when doing the showings. He explains it to where you understand. He responds in a timely manner which is right away. He helps you find a house that is right for you. I have already recommended his services to my coworker who’s interested in buying another home.
