Caren was our realtor for our first home purchase. We already had a house picked out when we brought her on board, but she was still incredibly engaged at every step of the process and answered any and every question we had! Working with her took so much of the work away from us, we cannot imagine having gone through that process without her. She is very responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. If we buy again, we will be calling her immediately! Thank you Caren!

Jeanette helped my husband and I purchase our first home with a limited budget in a very, very hot seller's market. She was immediately responsive to all forms of communication and on the ball with scheduling showings for us. Offers were written up and submitted at all hours of the day and she somehow always kept a positive outlook on the hunt for our perfect home. She was an absolute joy to work with and we will definitely use her for our future realty needs!

Regarding service that is expected: The initial pricing was right on target. An acceptable offer came in came within one week of the listing. Negotiations were handled cleanly, honestly, and responsively. Contracts and paperwork were handled using functional technology, making it easy to deal with the required overwhelming paperwork. Sane advice was given when needed about repairs, contract changes, etc. Regarding service that was above and beyond what was expected: When I called, the response was always "Hi Frederick", making me feel that my business and presence mattered to them. Calls were alway either answered live, or voice mail and texts responded to very quickly. When the homeowner's association required photos, Caren volunteered and took the pictures that day. And then she 'volunteered' her husband to trim the trees at no charge to me. The whole process was extraordinarily painless for a real estate transaction, even though there were a few challenges. They were handled very professionally, with kindness and ease.

Caren is great to work with - she is always quick to respond, flexible in her schedule, and very knowledgeable. She is patient, caring, and committed to helping her clients meet their needs. She was a shining star in our home buying experience!

Caren was always very responsive in every dealing with her. She went the extra mile in assisting to sell the home. Since we were out of town she helped with getting all the repair work done on the house in a timely manner. I highly recommend Caren Fried to be YOUR next Realtor.
