Carl went above and beyond when helping our family with our move from Colorado to Chattanooga. He accommodated our tight schedule well and showed us a variety of homes that all fit our most important pieces of criteria. Carl is a fantastic agent and helped us through every aspect of selling our house. It's no surprise, as the house business is the Buch family business. He's a rare agent because he is a licensed contractor as well, so he is willing to help you out in other ways that many agents can't, including advice on remodels and improvements to help you get top dollar for your place. He also has a great network of subcontractors who helped us out for very competitive rates to get our house sold faster. Carl is a great new agent and helped me buy my first house. Glad to have worked with Carl. I would be more than Happy to work with Carl again in the future, and he will no doubt have an excellent real estate career. His expertise in contractor issues was very helpful too as I bought a fixer upper and he could let me know what I was getting myself into.
