I recently worked with Daren Headrick to purchase a new home. I’m very pleased with the service I received. He was highly knowledgeable about the local market and made sure I always felt like a priority. From finding properties to helping me negotiate an ideal contract, he was always available and communicated how each part of the process worked. He answered all of my questions and ensured I fully understood what was going on. His knowledge and experience made this otherwise stressful event, a smooth and successful process. I have used Daren Headrick when I purchased my first home and when I sold it. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for top-notch real estate service as I am a returning client.

Daren did an amazing job helping me to navigate the sale of my mother's property. Specifically, as we no longer live In the area, Daren was very helpful in: 1- quickly provided a range of comparable properties 2- explained the soil and septic code requirements for buyers 3- supervised contractors to do some minor works to help maintain market value 4- handled all discussions with title agency and our probate lawyer with the right sense of urgency 5- followed up quickly and maintained clean files for documentation. 6- showed the property to a good number of prospective buyers and gave us his views when several offers came in very quickly but were under our expectations. The key message is that Daren is super professional and transparent. Given our situation, that was the most important factor in helping us decide to go with him.

I've already recommended Daren Headrick to several friends. My experience with Headrick Realty Group was outstanding. Daren sold my house the same day we put it on the market. The same day! I received multiple offers and got more than my asking price (which I feared might be too high). I was terribly nervous, but he was there every step of the way, just a text message or phone call away. Daren then helped me find a new house. I've enjoyed everywhere I've ever lived, but my new place is my dream home. It has every single thing I hoped for and even more. Daren is a great listener, a skillful negotiator, and thorough professional in every way.
