Carlene and Russ were amazing to work with. They would run out to a house and do a DUO walk through whenever we saw something we might be interested in. When we came for a house hunting trip, we put in two offers in two days. Carlene clearly understood what we wanted, and the terms we wanted. When we finally did have an offer excepted, Carlene was on top of all the little aspects of things that we didn't know, made suggestions and helped us through the entire process. I cannot say enough good about working with Carlene!!!!

We had the challenge of looking for a home in Oklahoma while living in Colorado. We found Russ and Carlene very accommodating in listening to what we wanted in a home, and yet making good suggestions about other options we may want to consider. We were never pressured to consider any particular home and were given good insights into locations, as well as strengths/weaknesses about particular communities. Once we settled on a home in Edmond to purchased, the process went smoothly and we were kept informed about the timings of the next steps. We felt comfortable dealing with both Carlene and Russ and recommend them without reservation for those either selling or purchasing a property.

Carlene and Russ Rupp are just amazing! We recently moved to Edmond from Houston, and Carlene helps us show through the beautiful parts of Edmond. She works with your schedule and is never tired to answer any of your questions. She does a lot of homework, trying to find a house which fits your likes and requirements and shows you a few of them. In our case, we found our top picks from what she showed us in first couple of days. Since it was our first house, we had a hard time deciding in one, and we saw many more houses than we needed to. But she was always ready to show you as much as you want to. She also pointed out some of the houses where she found some major repair needs and tried to explain the process and costs of fixing it. They both helped us even after we finalized a house, and on the way through the closing. I would say if you go with them as your realtors, you will enjoy the process and would never regret.

Carlene Rupp is THE BEST! She's a knowledgeable real estate professional, a good business woman and a lovely person with limitless resources. We were all coming from different parts of the US so she gave us super introductions to our new home of OKC. She helped our family find 2 beautiful homes in a gorgeous neighborhood so we could live close to each other and these were only one of several sets of choice possibilities she found for us. Nothing ruffles Carlene. She's very experienced and recommended capable parties for our inspections and remodeling/enhancing our properties, as well. Carlene Rupp is delightful--it's fun to work with her!
