Cathy Rone was an absolute pleasure to work with on purchasing our new lake house in Mashpee from start to finish. Her knowledge and wit sold us immediately. After spending numerous days and hours with my wife and I looking at possible homes Cathy told my wife and I that if we both didn’t love it it’s not for us. We are glad we listened to Cathy because she was right as soon as she showed us the lake house in Mashpee we both instantly fell in love with it and now owning it for the last 8 months my wife and I have no doubt that this is our summer vacation home for years to come. Cathy was absolutely a pleasure to work with when purchasing our new home. She showed complete dedication to my wife & I which comforted us during what can be an overwhelming process. She was very understanding of the local market as well as what was going to be needed for the "lender" side once we got to the actual mortgage. Her plethora of mortgage brokers allowed us to make sure we were getting competitive quotes which would ideally land us the best deal for the financing. When it came to responding to us, Cathy went above & beyond by either responding in detail or to let us know that she was busy at the time & she would give a time in the near future when she could make herself available to us. We never felt like we were left in the dark or forgotten about. Buying a home is a very scary outlook, but Cathy simplified the process for us to calm all our nerves which allowed us to make the best decisions we could without that overwhelming feeling. Cathy Rone was the highly effective realtor who sold our eight room, garrison home. We found her to be a huge asset. Due to her background, experience, knowledge and familiarity of the area in which we live, our house sold within two days. Cathy was supportive and professional throughout the entire process. The passing went smoothly and the new owners are thrilled. <br/><br/>She then took her knowledge of our personal "situation" and found us a wonderful place in which to live --a new condo in a 55+ community.
