Sharon found us our first home in 2000. We started our family in that home and loved it dearly. She helped walk us through getting the price to where we could afford it. In 2016 we saved enough to sell our first home and purchase a larger one with a pool and more bathrooms for our boys. Sharon sold our home and helped us buy the new one. Then, we decided to move to Florida this year,2021. We again reached out to Sharon who dedicated herself to selling our Fairhaven home and connected us to a mortgage broker and agent to find us our new home in Florida. I would recommend Sharon 100%. She is the best real estate agent around. She helped us make our dreams come true every step of the way.

Sharon was amazing! Her knowledge of the local market is unmatched and she handled everything from start to finish with professionalism and kindness. My house was a challenge to sell with a specific type of buyer needed. She found them in days and closed the deal over asking price. We could not ask for a better realtor, Sharon Simmons, for the sale of our house. Sharon paid close attention to every detail, and even dealt with things you think a realtor really should not have to deal with, we live over an hour away and there was an issue with the outside door lock she switched door knobs with another of our doors for us on the spot saving the day! She has been incredible with stuff like that, she’s just such a cracker jack and jack of all trades too ;) She picked a great listing price even though this is an exciting market it was made more exciting for our home we were selling with her expertise, the house sold for 20% over asking price!

I highly recommend Sharon Simmons to anyone considering selling their home. She did an amazing job selling my home and was able to walk me through the entire process step by step. Sharon was able to quickly help identify things in the home that could deter buyers and provide recommendations and help to improve so the house could sell quickly for top dollar. Sharon was always very responsive to my questions and concerns throughout the process. She is very knowledgeable in the field of real estate transactions and contracts. She showed persistence throughout the process to get the job done especially in regards to a complicated land transaction deal.
