Karey was THE driving force behind my wife and I buying a property this fall in the Finger Lakes that checked not one, not two, not three, but ALL the boxes. My initial contact with Karey was via e-mail (I'd done some online research and had a gut feeling she was the realtor to go with), asking if she'd represent us in our home search. A few minutes later, Karey wrote back: "Of course." Two or three days later she was showing us properties. Her local market knowledge, her willingness to drive from lake to lake on short notice to show us homes when new listings popped up, her refreshing honesty about pricing, and ability to negotiate professionally to get a deal done, made the home-buying process a breeze. In our deal, Karey represented us as buyers, and we were happy and fortunate she was on our team.

Chad helped me and my wife navigate the crazy lake property market at a crazy time in real estate! He was very patient with us as we found a property that fit both of our preferences. He was always very responsive, and worked with the other agents involved so well, it made the whole process go smoothly even when there was lots of potential for issues. He works with a great team of people, they were all very helpful. I couldn't have asked for anyone better!

It was a total pleasure working with James to purchase an absolute gem of a home! In our search he was able to find houses that matched what we were looking for, then work with us to create a buying strategy tailored to our financial situation. He provided a very honest description of the current market for buyers and navigated the buying process with ease. He was always available to answer our questions, no matter how trivial, and very flexible to arrange showings that worked for us. We plan to be in our current home for some time, but when/if we decide to move again, we would surely look to work with James again. Once we were ready to sell our old house, James handled nearly everything. From the initial listing, to showings, to sorting bids, James took practically all of the stress out of selling a home. His referrals for house-staging and junk removal were spot on, and he just really knew what it took to get the most for the house with the least amount of investment. Once a bid was accepted, all we had to do was let the lawyers and underwriters to do their work and wait for the check. We would absolutely recommend James to any other potential buyers or sellers!

Karey did a wonderful job selling our home/B&B! She marketed it extensively and showed the property to many buyers and was extremely effective, respectful of the property and very responsive. We will definitely use her again!
