My husband and I bought our first home together with Chad as our Realtor. He helped us through the whole process making sure we were on top of each step along the way. As our family has grown in size we are definitely using Chad to help us with our next move!! Sondra

Chad was awesome, first getting our property sold as seamlessly as possible and in record time. Then stayed on top of listings looking for the home we were really after. He then identified one that met all of our must haves and got us in to see it rapidly and processed our offer right away. He was always available with relevant information and was extremely responsive to us whenever we had questions. Excellent job on all fronts!

We honestly wanted to take our time in writing this review for Chad. While yes, he is our Realtor, he is so much more to us. We formally began the search for our home in Feb 2022. We had a very tumultuous year of trying to sell our parents home while attempting to buy our first home together. We've been together for almost 15 years and owning a home together has always been a dream for us. We lived several places over the years, including out of state. God spoke to us and assured us 2022 was our year. Chad came into our lives in July of this year. By this point we had experienced great fatigue and were feeling hopeless and drained. We also were living in a hotel before moving into our Mom's home from her gracious invitation to allow us to stay as long as we needed. All of these obstacles were no challenge for Chad. From day one he exhibited the highest degree of professionalism, punctuality and attention to detail. From July through September he showed us well over 30 homes and never complained or gave any indication that we were hopeless. In fact, he felt like a counselor, a loving parent, a dear friend, a motivator, life coach and a person who genuinely wanted to help us. We went under contract 4 times before we found our forever home, making it the 5th. I'm sure this would have exhausted anyone but each time he shared the excitement with us up until things would invariably fall apart. In September, we finally sold our familial home and found the house we ended up closing on in October. We definitely wouldn't have made it through this without God but additionally with those whom God placed in our path, like Chad. Thank you so much for assisting us and often times guiding us through the rugged terrain of searching for and purchasing a home as first time buyers. You, are bar none, top notch, highly qualified and recommended. It's apparent that this is your calling and much more than a job or profession for you. We could never thank you enough for how you've impacted our lives in such a consequential way. If anyone is in search of a realtor we couldn't imagine recommending anyone else! We could not be happier when working with Chad. He never gave up on us when we weren’t quite ready to buy. When we finally took the plunge, he was with us every step of the way. He got us into a home that was just right for us.
