Excellent response time and provides information (comps) relevant to the houses in question. Her knowledge of the area and foreclosure homes is right on the money. We will use Charlotte’s services again.

I would highly recommend Charlotte. I have purchased 3 homes through her realty and was pleased with the process. She has saved me money and time on several occasions. She has shown me countless houses in the past. She knows the market and works very hard. I look forward to working with her again in the near future.

Charlotte is not a dependable realtor to work with. I would not recommend her. We traveled long distances to meet with her to look at homes. If you can't keep appointments then reschedule or have another realtor meet your clients to show them properties. Don't just leave them sitting there. Very unprofessional.

Charlotte is wonderful to work with and worked hard to make the move toward our dream home possible. She was detailed with questions and very knowledgable. Charlotte worked with us and our schedule upon viewing many home before we choose the "one."
